Our CEO, Tim Moffitt, had the insight to recognize that servicing a small number of carefully selected industries allowed his firm to survive while others disappeared. This decision to diversify ran the risk of alienating potential clients and candidates as they may feel better served by a firm that “specializes” strictly within their industry. Nonetheless, Tim Moffitt felt the responsible road to take required him to diversify to protect the careers of those he employs. In today’s dynamic economy any number of things can occur which can forever change the future of one or more industry segments. Whether legislative, inventive or unexplained, whatever the cause, industries expand and contract at a dizzying pace. We are prepared.
To better serve our clients and candidates Moffitt International organizes its niches into separate practice areas. These practice areas are listed to the right. Each professional employed by the firm is tasked with becoming a “specialist” within one industry. This philosophy allows us to provide consultants that have depth of market knowledge and experience. The firm does not allow multi-discipline practices.
